Finally redeemed the Groupon I bought a couple months ago for waxing at Chic Poise in Taman Tun Dr Ismail. For some reason (CNY, maybe?) there was a 2 week black out period where one couldn't make appointments - luckily Groupon had sent out emails about extending the redemption period in November or it would be a blood bath. Which worked for me because I couldn't redeem it sooner.
It's inside Posh! Nail Spa and is partitioned, so there's still some sense of privacy. I wonder if the nail salon patrons ever hear screaming from the other side of the wall...

It was quite the experience as my Cantonese was only about as good as the waxer's English and the small talk was... like that lah.
I had a busy morning prior and I found out the hard way that the Groupon only covers the front and one would have to pay RM15 extra to do the back as well. And you have to be on all fours when that happens.
I think I personally don't get along with Berins blue wax used, and would just go to use up the Groupon.
