Never EVER eat at Nandos in 1 Utama, EVER!!

Here's why.
After the last time I ate there, I already never wanted to eat at the Nandos outlet in 1U ever again.
But went back there again yesterday because it was not my idea to eat there. I already had bad vibes about it and wasn't really looking forward to it.
So sat down, ordered, and was in the progress of eating, drinking and talking when...
A BABY COCKROACH CAME OUT OF THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TABLE AND WAS CRAWLING TOWARDS ME.
I repeat, a BABY COCKROACH.
So I took my napkin and caught it.
Called a waiter over to take it away.
Then one of us asked to refill the ice lemon tea (bottomless) from a waitress which was walking past us. She gave us the "hand" and walked off. Waited some more until the waiter came to refill our drinks. While that was happening, said waitress was standing there staring out into space.
What the fuck.
Later, when we wanted to leave, so asked for bill all that lah. So it came and we paid and we waited for the receipt and the change.
We waited for what seems to be a really long time.
What the fuck.
So after about (I think) 10 minutes, we got up to the cashier to ask what's happening.
What we got?
They lost the fucking receipt and spent all that time looking for it.
I repeat, THEY LOST THE FUCKING RECEIPT. They wasted OUR time looking for something they could easily reprint.
WHAT THE FUCK.
I was like, "Hello, cannot just reprint another one ah?"
We didn't pay attention to the specific number on the bill as all we remember that it was RM57 something. We got the change.... it was only RM0.05.
We wasted so much time waiting for 5 cents change.
Didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
Next time someone suggests Nandos in 1U, I'm gonna give all the stink eye I could muster.
